摘要
随着电子政务系统的不断建设,我国政府信息化程度不断加强,政府部门的办事效率也得到了提高,然而政府部门内部无法有效沟通,限制着电子政务系统效能的更大发挥。分析了统一通信的概念及所涉及的关键技术,并以口区公共信息服务平台为例,研究了把微软统一沟通解决方案引入电子政务平台的整个实施过程,形成了电子政务的统一沟通解决方案。这种解决方案实现了电子政务平台下工作人员的统一沟通和各业务系统的单点登录,真正提高了电子政务系统在协调工作人员工作方面所起到的作用。
With the building of the E-government system, the degree of China' s Government Information has been continuously strengthened and the efficiency of govemment has been increased, but the communication between different departments were not effective, thus the effectiveness of e-government system is limited. This paper analyses the concept and key technologies of the unified communications, and it studies the entire implementation process that introduces the solution of unified communications into e-govemment platform, as an example to the public service of Qiaokou. This solution implements the unified communication between the different staffs in the government and the Single Sign between the different application systems and makes the e-government system play an important role in coordinating staffs' performance.
