摘要
在ZGMn13钢的基础上,通过调整成分,加入适量的合金元素Cr、Mo,得到新型高锰合金钢,经热处理沉淀强化后对其组织和性能进行了分析,结果表明:C:1.20%~1.28%、Mn:11.0%~13.0%、S≤0.020%、P≤0.040%、Si≤0.65%、Cr:1.50%~1.80%、Mo:0.40%~0.50%的合金高锰钢,经沉淀强化热处理后,得到晶粒细小、碳化物弥散分布的组织。与普通高锰钢相比其冲击韧性提高了41,屈服强度提高了38,抗拉强度提高了25,耐磨性提高了35%。
The new high manganese alloyed steel has been obtained by adjusting chemical compositions and adding alloying elements in ZGMn13 steel. The microstructure and properties of the high manganese alloyed steel after heat treatment and precipitation hardening are analyzed. The results show that the high manganese alloyed steel containing C: 1.20% -1.28%, Mn: 11.0% - 13.0%. S:≤〈0.020%, P: ≤0.040%, Si: ≤0.65%, Cr: 1.50% - 1.80%, Mo: 0.40% -0.50% after suitable precipitation hardening treatment can get austenitic refined and dispersed pellet-like carbide. The impact toughness, yield strength, tensile strength and wear resistance of the ZGMn13CrMo steel are improved by 41%, 38%, 25% and 35% respectively compared with that of ZGMn 13 steel.
