摘要
对某一汽车感温塞的失效分析表明，热敏电阻的阻值大大下降，明显地超过技术标准值，这是一种新的失效模式。它是在恶劣环境下，由于缓慢相变产生一个没有热敏性的并联电阻造成的。
A hew mode of failure has been revealed by analyzing the failure of a certain motor vehicle temperature sensing plug. where value of resistance of thermister is greatly reduced and remarkably over the technical standard. This new mode of failure is formed under adverse circumstance due to slow phase change which creats a parallel electrical resistance without thermosen sitivity.
