摘要
知识获取是知识工程的主要课题，本文在分析信息系统的基础上，在粗糙集环境下，指出了一种适应非一致性数据的自增长必然规则学习算法。
Knowledge acquisition is the main topic of knowledge engineering.Based on the analysis of the information system,the paper has pointed out an incremental algorithm for learning certain rules from inconsistent data in the rough set environments.
