摘要
本文通过实际电路重点介绍了ＭＭＡＷ／ＴＩＧ（ＭａｎｕａｌＭｅｔａｌＡｒｃＷｅｌｄｉｎｇ／ＴｕｎｇｓｔｅｎＩｎｅｒｔＧａｓ（ｗｅｌｄｉｎｇ））焊逆变电源恒流阶梯外拖式外特性和恒流内拐式外特性、ＩＧＢＴ（ＩｎｓｕｌａｔｅｄＧａｔｅＢｉｐｏｌａｒＴｒａｎｓｉｓｔｏｒ）高压功率开关管的过流及过压保护，并对半桥式功率转换电路的抗不平衡能力进行了详细分析。
By the practical circuits,two external characteristics suitable for MMAW(Manual Metal Arc Welding) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding,overcurrent and overvoltage protection for IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) are introduced respectively,the anti unbalance ability of half-bridge power converter is also analyzed in detail.
