H.261 会议电视系统中图象数据纠错帧同步的实现与性能分析

Realization and Performance Analysis of Frame Synchronization in Video Conference System Based on H.261

提出一种应用于会议电视系统中图象数据纠错帧同步信号快速提取方案。此方案采用基于帧的相位比较方法。讨论了具体要求，对不同实现方案略作比较，并分析了其性能参数。实验结果表明，该方案用现场可编程门阵列（ＦＰＧＡ）实现后，可保证传输后的图象质量。

This paper presents a new frame synchronization scheme for video data error control in Video Conference System (VCS) based on H.261 .In the proposed scheme, the phase comparison concept is used. The special demand is discussed, different schemes are compared and the performance parameters are analyzed in this paper. The experimental results show that the scheme realized by Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) can work reliably and ensure the picture quality after transmission.
