摘要
目的:为研究半导体激光对蝗虫的杀灭控制效果方法:将实验虫体按龄期分为照射实验组和对照组,采用波长808nm、功率2W的半导体连续单管激光器对东亚飞蝗成虫和幼虫头部、翅根、腹部位置;Ⅰ-Ⅲ龄期和Ⅳ-Ⅵ龄期的亚洲车蝗幼虫头部进行不同时间、不同距离的照射实验。分别观察照后第三天东亚飞蝗的致死率;照后2小时、照后2天和照后3天亚洲车蝗的致死率。结果:统计结果表明相同辐照条件下,激光对蝗虫头部具有较强的生物学致死效应;随着照射后时间的延长蝗虫的致死率增加;蝗蝻较成虫容易致死,且蝗虫龄期越小致死率越高。随着激光功率密度和照射时间的增加,蝗虫致死率呈现增长趋势,且功率密度对蝗虫的致死效果起决定性作用。结论:近红外激光辐照蝗虫头部有较好的致死作用,且龄期越小致死效果越好。
Objective: To study the control effects of semiconductor laser on locusts. Methods: Irradiation groups and comparison groups were classified according to different instars. The heads, wingbuds and abdomens of Locusta Migratoria Manilensis Meyen adults and larva were irradiated, and the heads of Ⅰ -Ⅲ instars and Ⅳ-Ⅵ instars Locust Nymphae larva were also irradiated by the Laser Diode (wavelength of 808nm and power of 2W) at different time and distance. The death rate of Locusta Migratoria Manilensis Meyen was ob- served three days after irradiation, and the death rate of Locust Nymphae was observed two hours, two days and three days after irradiation. Results: The results showed that the death rate was higher when irradiating the heads in the same conditions, that the death rate increased when time became longer after irradiation, that the death rate of larva was higher than that of adults, and that the death rate was higher when the larva was younger. The death rate increased as enhancing the irradiation time and power density of laser. The power density played a decisive role in killing locusts. Conclusion: Near infrared laser has better lethal effects on locusts by irradiating the head of locusts, and the younger locusts, the better effect.
