吸入麻醉药神经保护作用机制研究进展 被引量:4

Mechanism of Inhalation Anesthetics Induced Neuroprotective Effect

摘要 吸入麻醉药是全身麻醉中常用的一类麻醉药。研究发现吸入麻醉药在发挥麻醉作用的同时,对手术过程所致的脑组织缺血/再灌注损伤也有保护作用,但具体机制还未完全阐明。本文将对吸入麻醉药可能的神经保护作用机制进行综述。 Inhalation anesthetics are a sort of anesthetics commonly used in clinical anesthesia. Inhalation anesthetics not only create anesthetic action, but also have favorable effects to ischemic-reperfusion injury of brain tissue during operative procedure. But specific mechanisms of its neuroprotective effect remain to be illuminated. This article has summarized the possible mechanisms of neuroprotective effects of inhalation anesthetics.
