Jak-Stat signaling pathways and colorectal cancer

结直肠癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,它的发生是一个复杂多阶段的过程,涉及肠上皮细胞的增殖、凋亡、分化和生存等机制。近来研究发现JAK-STAT信号通路的异常活化与结直肠癌的关系密切,涉及结直肠癌的发生、发展、侵袭、转移和预后等过程。因此,JAK-STAT信号通路有可能成为结直肠癌治疗的新靶点。

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignancies. Colorectal carcinogenesis is a complex multistep process involving progressive disruption of intestinal epithelial-cell proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, and survival mechanisms. Currently, accumulating evidence indicates that abnormalities in the JAK-STAT pathway is involved in the pathogenesis,progression,metastasis and prognosis of human colorectal cancer. Titus, the JAK-STAT pathway may be a new potential target for therapy of colorectal cancer.
