摘要
公共利益是一个极其重要的法学范畴,对公共利益的界定是一种关涉人的行为的实践活动,是界定主体在一定原则下的价值判断与行为选择,而实践理性提供了检验正义的合理性标准。
The public interest is an extremely important area of law. Defining it is the practice that concerns a person＇s behavior and determines his value judgments and choice of behavior under certain principles. Practical rationality provides reasonable standards for testing justice.
