摘要
冲突功能有破坏性和建设性之分,校长要消减破坏性冲突,同时也要激发建设性冲突,使组织充满活力,避免故步自封。为消减破坏性冲突,校长可采用愿景创设等策略,而为激发建设性冲突则可用教师冲突观培训、教师专业发展、组织文化变革等方法。
Conflict has the function of destructive and constructive. In curriculum reform, principals should reduce the destructive conflict and stimulate the constructive conflict to activate the organization. To reduce the destructive conflict, principals can use the strategies of vision establishment and so on. Principals can take the strategies such as teacher training for conflict, teacher professional development and organization culture reforms, etc. in order to stimulate the constructive conflict.
