摘要
校本教研是中小学提升教师专业发展的重要阵地,为此,学校重视教育实践中存在的问题,开展以课例为载体的课堂研究,并进一步规范教师教研过程,在此基础上形成了“教学-研究-专业发展”一体化校本教研模式。
School-based research by teachers is regarded as a significant approach for promoting professional development. This paper reflects on teacher research in Wenhua Elementary School and its impact on classroom instruction practices. It describes a mode which integrates research, teaching and professional development.
