清肺口服液含药血清对呼吸道合胞病毒黏附、膜融合影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究清肺口服液含药血清对呼吸道合胞病毒黏附、膜融合过程的抑制作用。方法应用温度转换的方法,在病毒黏附阶段(温度转换前)和病毒侵入阶段(温度转换后)分别加入清肺口服液含药血清,监测两个阶段病毒抑制率和平均吸光度(A)值,观察研究清肺口服液含药血清对呼吸道合胞病毒黏附和膜融合的影响。结果温度转换实验前,含药血清组平均A值与病毒对照组无显著性差异;病毒侵入阶段(温度转换后)的清肺口服液含药血清组病毒抑制率为增多,平均A值明显升高。温度转换实验前后差异有统计学意义。结论清肺口服液含药血清的抗病毒作用主要表现在呼吸道合胞病毒黏附后的膜融合及侵入阶段。 Objective To study the inhibition effects of Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum on adhesion and membrane fusion process of respiratory syncytial virus. Methods Using the method of temperature conversion,we added Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum during adhesion period(before temperature conversion) and invasion period(after temperature conversion) respectively.Monitor virus inhibition rates and average A of the two periods,observe the influence of Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum on adhesion and membrane fusion process of respiratory syncytial virus. Results No significant differences were found on the average A between Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum group and virus control group before temperature conversion experiment.After the temperature conversion,virus inhibition rates of Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum group increased,the average A increasing obviously.Differences were significant before and after temperature conversion experiment. Conclusion The antiviral effect of Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum mainly embodies on the membrane fusion and invasion phases after adhesion process of respiratory syncytial virus.
