改良子宫修补术＋直视下清宫术治疗剖宫产后子宫切口妊娠方法探讨

The approach on the improved uterus- repaired and curettage in the treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy

目的探讨改良子宫修补术＋直视下清宫术治疗剖宫产后子宫切口妊娠（cesarean scar pregnancy, CSP）的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院4例患者的临床表现和诊治经过。结果4例患者予改良子宫修补术＋直视下清宫术治疗，避免了子宫切除，均取得较好疗效。结论改良子宫修补术＋直视下清宫术手术方法简单、术中出血少、住院时间短，保留了生育功能，在急诊情况下运用具有较明显优势。

Objective To investigate the value of improved uterus - repaired and curettage in the treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy （ CSP）. Methods The information of four patients was retrospectively reviewed. Resuits 4 cases which performed the treatment were successful to avoid hysterectomy. Conclusion The treatment of improved uterus -repaired and curettage was an effective method for CSP. Not only hemorrhage volume in operation was decreased, but also was reproductive capacity preserved and the time of hospital stay was shorten.
