子宫背带式缝合治疗剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血33例

目的探讨剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血的止血方法。方法回顾我院于2001年7月至2008年7月采用子宫背带式缝合治疗剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性出血33例。结果33例剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性子宫出血者在应用宫缩剂无效的前提下实施子宫背带式缝合，其中32例成功止血。结论子宫背带式缝合为剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性出血提供了一种新的止血方法。

Objective To investigate the methods to stop bleeding of uterine inertia in cesarean section. Methods The data resulting from thirty - three in patients of hemorrhage retrospectively reviewed from July 2001 to July 2008. Results After the uterine inertia in cesarean section was Oxytoein was ineffevtive thirty- three cases of postpartum hemorrhage stop bleeding applied with the uterus sling suture. Conclusion The treatment of strap- uterine suture for hemorrhage uterine inertia in cesarean section was a new effective method to stop bleeding.
