摘要
斜拉索跨越体系在油气管道建设中被广泛采用。针对地质灾害、钢结构腐蚀、钢索失效等因素潜在的跨越管道的运行风险,开展了在用油气管道斜拉索跨越体系检测评价研究。通过检测,利用力学及仿真分析评价出塔架、钢索和钢结构的支承能力;对管道进行风险评价、剩余强度评价和剩余寿命评价;对跨越体系进行整体评价并给出相应的维修策略和风险缓解措施,以确保在用油气管道斜拉索跨越体系安全无故障地运行。
The cable-stayed spanning oil & gas pipe bridge system is used widely in oil and gas pipe construction. It is important to test and inspect the system because some risk, such as geologic hazard, steel structure rusty and cable wire failure. The system contains supporting structure and spanning pipe. Pylon, cable wire and steel structure of supporting structure were tested and then inspected their supporting ability through the method of mechanics and emulation. The testing of spanning pipe contains erosion resistant coating testing, pipe body testing and compensator testing. Risk, residual intensity and residual life of pipe were assessed through testing result. At last, all system was inspected integrally, then put forward maintenance strategy and risk mitigation measures for cable-stayed spanning oil & gas pipe bridge system in order to assure pipe work safely.
