摘要
为保证存储式电子测压器在高温高压高冲击的实测环境中测试的精度,根据新概念动态测试理论,研制了模拟膛压校准系统。该系统能够模拟火炮膛内高温高压的测试环境,在该环境下对存储式电子测压器进行动态校准,得到电子测压器的动态灵敏度。将该动态灵敏度用于实测数据的计算结果表明,测压器模拟应用环境下动态校准能够有效地避免试验环境与校准环境不同引起的测试精度差异。
In order to guarantee the high precision of the storage electronic pressure test instrument in high temperature, high pressure and high impact environments, according to new-type dynamic measurement and test theory, the simulation bore of the gun calibration system was developed. The environment of high temperature, high pressure could be obtained in this system. Storage electronic pressure test instruments could be dynamicly calibrated in these environments to obtain dynamic sensitivity of this instrument. The dynamic sensitivity used to calculate the measured results show that the storage electronic pressure test instrument calibrated in the apphcation environment can avoid the decline of the precision brought by the difference between the environment used and calibrated effectively.
