摘要 针对检定天幕靶测速系统的整体性能用实弹测量,操作繁琐、精度不确定的现状,提出了一种基于动态模拟弹丸飞行装置的标定方法。用单片机精确控制光源亮暗,来模拟实弹飞行进入天幕靶视场的遮光作用和飞行姿态,与真实弹丸进入天幕靶视场的时间严格一致,特性相近,实现模拟弹丸速度精确可控。应用该模拟装置对天幕靶测速系统进行标定实验,结果表明,该装置制作简单,操作方法简便,标定出天幕靶测速系统的测量精度为0.129%.此标定技术可作为定量检验天幕靶测速系统的一种常规方法,具有很高的实用价值。 According to verification for the integrity of sky screen target velocity measuring system, with live ammunition measuring, complex operation and precision uncertainty, a calibration method based on dynamic simulator of flight of bullet had been proposed. With single chip's accurate control of light source, the buret flying into the field of sky screen and keeping out the light were simulated. Then the optical signal was received, whose time interval was same to the live ammunition's, and the signal properties were highly similar. The calibration experiment with this simulating instrument for sky screen target system shows that the measuring of whole performance of sky screen system has a high accuracy of 0.129%. The calibration experiment of sky screen target velocity measuring system, which can be introduced as a sort of routine method. It has highly practical value.
