身体部位的象征人类学研究

Body Symbolism in Anthropology

本文从象征人类学的角度,对世界不同社会文化背景中人们有关头和头发、乳房和阴道、手和脚等身体部位所包含的象征意义做了初步的研究。作者认为,身体部位所反映的象征意义分别指涉人的生殖繁衍和性爱需要、人与自然和超自然的关系,以及人对权力和名誉地位的特殊需要。

From the perspective of symbolic anthropology, this article explores the symbolic meanings of head and hair, breasts and vagina, hands and feet, and other body parts in different social and cultural backgrounds. The author believes that the reproductive and sexual needs of human being, the relationship between human beings and nature and the supernatural, as well as people＇s special need of power and reputation are represented by human body parts in symbolism.
