摘要
以现代企业制度理论为依据，结合我国目前财务监督中存在的问题，对我国建立现代企业制度后，加强企业财务监督的必要性。
On the basis of the theory of modern enterprise system, and combining with the problems that exist in financial supervision in our country today, the authers made a rough inquire in necessity, measure and focal points on strengthening the supervision of enterprise finance with the current enterprise system.
