摘要
用新生大鼠海马神经细胞进行体外分散培养,观察不同剂量Vc对神经细胞生长发育的影响。结果表明,10-4MVc组接种16h细胞的成活数明显高于对照(不加Vc),10-5MVc、10-6MVc组细胞的成活数与对照无显著差异,10-3MVc组细胞几乎全部死亡;10-4MVc使细胞的总蛋白量增加,细胞存活数细胞的突起长度和胞体面积均高于对照。提示10-4MVc对神经细胞生长发育有一定的促进作用。
The effects of Vc on the growth of hippocampal neurons from newborn rat were investigated by dissociated cell culture On the 16 Hr, the number of survival neurons in 10 -4 M Vc group was significantly higher than that of control group (no Vc in medium)(P<0.05).The number of survival neurons in 10 -5 M and 10 -6 M Vc groups was almost the same as control group, and the survival neurons in 10 -3 M Vc group were scanty. The number and the length of neuronsal processes as well as the area and maximum diameter, minimum diameter of neuronsoma in 10 -4 M Vc group were all increased markedly. the total contents of protein in 10 -4 M Vc group was enhanced significantly as compared with control. these results indicated that the suitable amount of Vc supplementation could improve neuron growth and development in vitro.
