粗纤维水平对断奶新西兰兔营养物质消化率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了探讨断乳兔日粮适宜的粗纤维水平,选择36只30日龄体重差异不显著的断奶新西兰幼兔,设3个水平,分别饲喂粗纤维含量为8%、10%、12%的日粮。每个水平3个重复,每个重复4只。结果表明:粗纤维含量为10%的试验兔日增重(28.59g)最高,而12%组最低,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。随粗纤维含量的增加,采食量呈上升趋势,3个组的日平均采食量分别为85.01、85.72、89.86g/d。12%组中料肉比显著高于8%、10%组(P<0.05)。不同粗纤维饲粮的粗蛋白质、能量、总磷消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05);10%水平组,粗纤维、粗脂肪消化率极显著高于12%(P<0.01),而钙消化率显著高于12%(P<0.05);粗脂肪、无氮浸出物显著高于8%(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,断乳兔日粮适宜的粗纤维水平为10%。 In order to determine the optimal level of fiber in weaned rabbits diet,thirty six 30-day-old weaned New- Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups with 3 replicate each group,which were fed the diet with 8 %, 10 % and 12 % crude fiber contents respectively.The results showed that the average daily gain were highest in 10 % group and lowest of 12 % group respectively,but there were no significant difference among all groups(P 〉 0.05).The feed intake had tendenuy to increase with the concentration of fiber increasing.The ADFI in each group were 85.01,85.72,89.86 g/d respectively.The FCR in group 12 % higher than those of group 8 %, 10 % (P 〈 O.05).The digestibility of CP,GE and P were no significant diversity among three groups.The digestibilities of CF and EE of Group 10 % were significantly higher than those of 12 % group (P 〈 0.01 ) ,the digestibility of Ca was higher than that of Group 12 %(P 〈 0.05).EE and NFE were best and higher than that of Group 8 %(P 〈 0.05).Under this condition,the optimal CF level in weaned rabbit diet was 10 %.
