摘要
本研究分两个试验考察饲料中添加黄霉素和甘露寡糖对奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清非特异性免疫的影响。试验Ⅰ以平均初重(1.00±0.00)g奥尼罗非鱼为试验对象,在基础饲料(对照组)中分别添加8 mg/kg黄霉素和5 g/kg甘露寡糖。结果表明,饲养8周后,添加8 mg/kg黄霉素和5 g/kg甘露寡糖,奥尼罗非鱼稚鱼增重率分别提高6.1%(P<0.10)和14.3%(P<0.05),饲料系数分别降低8.8%(P<0.05)和12.9%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ以平均初重(20.11±0.05)g奥尼罗非鱼为试验对象,试验设计与试验日粮同试验Ⅰ,饲养30 d后,添加黄霉素8 mg/kg和甘露寡糖5 g/kg,鱼体增重率分别提高10.2%(P<0.10)和19.2%(P<0.05),饲料系数分别降低10.2%(P<0.05)和13.4%(P<0.05);干物质消化率分别提高11.2%和12.9%(P<0.05),蛋白质消化率分别提高2.9%和3.4%(P<0.05);添加8 mg/kg黄霉素和5 g/kg甘露寡糖均显著提高血清碱性磷酸酶活性和溶菌酶活性(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加8 mg/kg黄霉素和5 g/kg甘露寡糖均可提高奥尼罗非鱼的生长性能、营养物质消化率和血清非特异性免疫。
Two experiments were conducted to investigate the ef[ects of adding tlavomycin, mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) in diets on growth performance,nutrients digestibility and serum non-specific immune index of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticusxO.aureus).In experiment Ⅰ , basal diets (control),basal diets supplemented flavomycin 8 mg/kg,basal diets supplemented MOS 5 g/kg were fed to tilapia with initial body weight of (1.00±0.00)g for 8 weeks.The results showed that the growth rate was increased by 6.1%(P 〈 0.10), 14.3 %(P 〈 0.05) and FCR was decreased by 8.8 %(P 〈 0.05), 12.9 %(P 〈 0.05),when 8 mg/kg flavomycin and 5 g/kg MOS added in basal diets.In experiment Ⅱ ,the same three diets were fed to tilapia with initial body weight of (20.11±0.05)g for 30 days.The growth rate of flavomycin (8 mg/kg), MOS (5 g/kg)groups were increased by 10.2 %(P 〈 0.10),19.2 %(P 〈 0.05)and FCR was decreased by 10.2 %(P 〈 0.05), 13.4 %(P 〈 0.05)compared with control group.Dry matter digestibility was increased by 11.2 %, 12.9 % and crude protein digestibility was increased by 2.9 %, 3.4 % by adding flavomycin (8 mg/kg), MOS (5 g/kg) compared with control gmup(P 〈 0.05).Activities of serum lysozyme activity,alkaline phosphatase (AKP) were significantly increased by supple- mented flavomycin(8 mg/kg),MOS(5 g/kg)groups(P 〈 0.05).It showed that 8 mg/kg flavomycin and 5 g/kg MOS supple- mented in diets could improve growth performance,nutrients digestibility and serum non-specific immune function of tilapia ( Oreochromis niloticusxO.aureus ).
