女贞子对肉仔鸡生长性能和胴体品质的影响

Effects of Lifustrum lucidum on growth performance and carcass quality of broiler

选用360只1日龄体重均一,健康的AA肉鸡,随机分成对照组、5mg/kg黄霉素组、0.5%和1%女贞子组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡,试验期为6周,研究日粮中添加女贞子对肉仔鸡的生长性能、胴体品质的影响。结果表明:(1)各阶段各试验组的日增重都显著高于对照组(P<0.01),料重比均低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。在0～3周龄和0～6周龄,0.5%和1.0%女贞子组日采食量都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,0.5%和1.0%女贞子组能显著提高半净膛率(P<0.05),显著降低腹脂率(P<0.05)。

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of Ligustrum lucidum （LL）on the growth performance and carcass composition of broilers.360 one-day-old AA chickens were randomly divided into four groups：the control group and 3 experimental groups fed with the diets added 5 mg/kg Flavomycin,0.5 % and 1% LL respectively （6 replicates of 15 birds each replicate）.The experiment period was 6 weeks.The results showed that： （I）The average daily gain of the test groups was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）in each period, and the feed gain ratio of the test groups was slightly lower than that of the control group （P 〉 0.05）.During the week of 0 - 3 and 3 - 6 average daily feed intake of the broilers fed 0.5 % and 1.0 % LL were better （P 〈 0.05）than that of the control group.（2）Compared to the control, dietary supplementation of 0.5 %, 1.0 % LL significantly increased the semi-eviscerated rate（P 〈 0.05）and decreased the abdomen fat rate（P 〈 0.05）.
