摘要
为了实现地下水资源的可持续利用,根据辽宁省实际,考虑自然、经济、技术、生态等多个因素,提出了实现地下水资源可持续利用的评价指标体系;在对地下水资源可持续利用决策支持方案的优选识别中,引入目标权重的主、客观综合法,应用了模糊优选两级迭代模型与地下水资源可持续利用的多目标结构性决策模型,对方案进行了评价。通过对辽宁省地下水资源决策支持的研究,说明了该方法的可行性和有效性,为实现地下水资源的可持续利用提出了一套新的评价方法,为科学决策提供了参考。
The evaluation index system for the realization of the groundwater sustainable utilization is put forward, according to the practical conditions including various factors such as nature, economy and technology, ecology.In the process of optimal recognition for the decision support scheme of groundwater sustainable utilization, the multi-objective structural decision model is built for groundwater sustainable utilization and iteration fuzzy optimal model is used by introducing the synthetic method of objective weight, and an evaluation is made for the scheme. A new evaluation method is used for groundwater sustainable utilization of Liaoning Province, which provides reference for scientific decision making.
