TCR多样性及其在HIV-1感染控制中的作用研究进展

摘要 TCR识别特异性抗原多肽-MHC复合体,在共刺激分子协同作用下,启动细胞免疫应答,发挥抗病毒感染作用。HIV-1感染造成机体TCR分布异常,影响CTL的抗病毒效应。但针对某些特殊表位的TCR反应能够对HIV—1的感染起到一定的控制作用。高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)能够增加TCR多样性,使免疫系统功能得到部分恢复。
