肠道病毒种系发生研究的新进展 被引量：8

摘要 肠道病毒（Enterovirus，EV）属于小RNA病毒科肠道病毒属，可导致手足口病、无菌性脑膜炎、脑炎、脊髓灰质炎等多种神经系统相关的疾病。在乙型脑炎病毒得到有效控制后，肠道病毒已上升为我国病毒性脑炎的第一位病原。近年来，分子分型方法结合种系发生分析的应用使人们对肠道病毒遗传进化特点有了更加深入的了解。本文将对此做简要综述。
