摘要 为了综合利用蜂王浆生产中产生的王浆渣,本文以王浆酸为指标研究了从王浆渣中醇提工艺的条件,在乙醇浓度90%,料液比1∶6,萃取温度45°C的条件下萃取60min的最佳条件下萃取得到的萃取液,经减压浓缩、真空干燥后获得高含量王浆酸萃取物,GC-MS分析结果表明萃取物中除含有王浆酸外,还含有16.04%的10-羟基癸酸。本研究为蜂王渣的综合开发利用提供了依据。 For comprehensive utilization of royal jelly waste from bee product production, the effects of different extraction on the yield of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid were investigated. Under the optimum condition of ethanol concentration 90%, solid/liquid 1:6 and 45 ℃ with extraction time of 60 min,the yield of 10-HDA in the extract was higher than 60% after concentration and vacuum drying. The results analyzed by GC-MS showed that 10-hydroxydecanoic acid was also presented in the extract accounting for 16.04% of total composition. The research work provided the useful data for the research and use of royal jelly waste.
