Colleges and Universities are the public and nonprofit legal organizations. They should have their own names which are the symbols to distinguish with others. There are some regulations to make provisions for the name of legal person of colleges and universi- ties. But the regulations are not specific and dear, especially they laek the legal components of the name of legal person. It leads to the fail- ure of unity and standards. It is suggested that the legal eomponents of the name and the registration system should be united, the range of applieation ＇and the standards of the name of legal person of colleges and universities should be regulated by improving the related laws and regulations.
