城市型综合大学商务英语人才培养模式研究

A Research on the Culturing Mode for the Business English Talents of Urban Multiversities

城市型综合大学要以服务为宗旨,以学生为中心,以就业为目标,培养"准职业化的城市型应用复合型外语专业人才"。建立"以基础课为核心,方向课为特色,必修课、选修课与任选课有机结合,社会实践、工作实训相互促进"的商务英语实用型人才培养课程体系。在教学方法上增加课外实践实训的内容,设立导师制和辅导员制。要根据学生的学习效果、毕业生的就业状况以及教师的运用感受来对教学效果进行测评。

This paper puts forward the running idea that urban multiversities should cultivate ＂pre- vocational foreign language inter - disciplinary talents＂ by focusing on the students and targeting at employment for the purpose of serving. The course system for training practical business English personnel should be established in this way：the first classroom and the second classroom （social practice） go hand in hand,with foundation comses as a core; featured by specialized courses; compulsory courses,non- compulsory courses and optional courses combine scientifically.The teaching methodology should be added by extra- curricular practice and training;tutorial system and counsdor system. The teaching effects can be evaluated by assessing the students＇ learning effects and their employment, and the teachers＇ application experience as well.
