MCu记忆合金IUD避孕效果的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Contraceptive Effects of MCu Memory Alloy IUD

目的:观察MCu记忆合金IUD的避孕效果。方法:放置MCu记忆合金IUD 1000例为观察组,MCu功能性IUD 1000例为对照组,在山东、吉林、黑龙江、安徽等4省8个医疗单位进行为期1年的随机对照临床效果观察。结果:放置满12个月时,观察组与对照组的副反应发生率分别是0.2%、0.3%,带器妊娠率分别为0、0.2%,脱落率分别为0.6%、0.2%,取出率(包括因症取出)分别为0.3%、0.8%,续用率分别为99.5%、99.1%。两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MCu记忆合金IUD与功能性IUD相比同样具有副反应小、带器妊娠率和脱落率低,避孕效果好的优点。

Objective ： To observe the clinical contraceptive effects of MCu memory alloy IUD. Methods： 1, 000 cases placed MCu memory alloy IUD were enrolled in the observation group, and 1,000 cases with MCu functional IUD were registered in the control group. All cases were selected from 8 medical therapy units of Shandong, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Anhui provinces, and 1 year randomized controlled clinical observation was performed. Results： The incidences of side effects in the observation group and the control group were 0.2% and 0.3%, respectively, with IUD placement for 12 months. And the pregnancy rates with IUD in situ were 0.0% and 0.2%, respectively, the expulsion rates were respectively 0.6% and 0.2%, the removal rates （including for medical reasons） were 0.3% and 0.8%, respectively, as well as the continuation rates were respectively 99.5% and 99.1%. There were no significant differences between the 2 groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with MCu functional IUD, MCu memory alloy IUD can be recommended for clinical usage for its advantages such as less side effects, lower pregnancy rates with IUD in situ, lower natural expulsion rates and better contraceptive effects
