妊娠期与非妊娠期妇女碘营养状况尿碘分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:了解本地妊娠与非妊娠期妇女机体内微量元素碘的代谢水平,为有效预防因缺碘所致的新生儿出生缺陷疾病提供参考。方法:采用过氧乙酸氧化四甲基联苯胺显色法,动态测定妊娠期与非妊娠期妇女尿液中碘的含量。结果:检测妊娠期妇女211例,尿碘中位数128.16ug/L,非妊娠期妇女71例,尿碘中位数167.59ug/L;妊娠期妇女尿碘中位数低于非妊娠期妇女(x2=10.15,P<0.005)差异有统计学意义;211名妊娠期妇女中尿碘水平<99ug/L81例(38.39%),71名非妊娠期妇女28例(25.35%),妊娠期与非妊娠期两组人群缺碘率差异具有统计学意义(x2=18.19,P<0.005)。结论:本地人群缺碘率相对较高,对妊娠期合理补碘及进行动态尿碘监测对预防新生儿出生缺陷很有必要。 Objective : To understand the intracorporal metaboilic level of microelement iodine among local pregnancy and non - pregnancy women, and provide evidences for the prevention of birth defects caused by iodine deficiency. Methods : Peracetic acid oxidation tetramethyl benzidine coloration method was adopted, and the concentrations of urine iodine among pregnancy and non - pregnancy women were dynamically determined. Results : The median of urine iodine among pregnancy women (211 cases) was 128.16 ug/L, while the median of urine iodine among non -pregnancy women (71 cases) was 167.59 ug/ L. The urine iodine median of pregnancy women was lower than the non - pregnancy women (χ^2 = 10. 15,P 〈 O. 005 ) , with a statistical significance. There were 81 cases (38.39%) with urine iodine level 〈 99ug/L among the 211 pregnancy women, and 28 cases (25.35%) with urine iodine 〈 99ug/L among the 71 non - pregnancy women. The rates of iodine deficiency between pregnancy and non - pregnancy women were statistically different (χ^2 = 18. 19, P 〈 0. 005 ). Conclusion : The rate of iodine deficiency among local population is relatively high. The reasonable supplement of iodine during pregnancy and dynamic monitoring of urine iodine are necessary.
