摘要
径向偏振光由于其偏振态关于光轴的对称性以及始终存在的轴上光强为零等特点而备受关注。特别是随着近年来对其实验装置的研究和设计取得了新进展,显著的提高实验系统的灵活性和精度,解决了产生径向偏振光时损耗过多的难题。径向偏振光材料加工以及高分辨测量等方面发挥了重大的作用。随着进一步完善径向偏振光产生的工艺,将使之成为科学领域重要的研究工具。本文对径向偏振光的光场分布形式,产生方法及其在现代光学中的应用做了简要介绍。
In recent years, the polarization laser with spatial axial symmetry has received more and more attention, especially using various methods to produce the radially polarized light has become a hot subject on the recent theory and the experimental study . This paper summarized the definition and the method of generation of the radially polarized light and discussed the radially polarized light in the modern optics application.
