摘要
目的:了解重庆市区健康成人不同年龄段和不同性别间转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)血浆浓度水平,为研究疾病状态下人体血浆TGF-β1的浓度变化提供有益的参考依据。方法:随机选取重庆市区90名健康成人血浆标本,其中青年组(18岁至45岁),中年组(46岁至60岁),老年组(>60岁)各30例,采用ELISA方法测定TGF-β1浓度,将所测值在各年龄组、性别组之间行统计学比较。结果:90名健康成人血浆TGF-β1的浓度平均值为2.72±1.68ng/ml;青年组、青年男性组血浆浓度均分别显著低于老年组及老年男性组(P<0.05);男性组、中年男性组血浆浓度均分别显著高于女性组及中年女性组(P<0.05),余不同年龄、性别之间未见统计学差异。结论:重庆市区成人TGF-β1血浆浓度青年显著低于老年(P<0.05),以男性明显;男性TGF-β1,血浆浓度显著高于女性(P<0.05),以中年组明显。
Objective : To evaluate possible differences in the plasma levels of transforming growth factor - β1 ( TGF - β1 ) for healthy adults of different ages and sexes in Chongqing urban field, prnviding the useful reference for the vearieties of the plasma TGF - β1 level in the ill - condition. Metheds: Ninty healthy people in Changqing urban region were stlected randomly and all enrolled were divided into the young group( 18 - 45y), the middle - aged group (46 - 60y) and the old group( 〉 60y), each group 30 people. Plasma from 90 pet^ple were collected and followed by measurement of the plasma concentration of TGF - β1 with Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay, statistical analysis was then performed to see whether differences exit in values among groups. Results: The mean plasnm level of the TGF -β1 for the 90 healthy human subjects was 2.72 ± 1.68ng/mt ; the concentration of the TGF - β1 for the old - aged group and the old - aged male group was seperately significantly higher than those for the vouth group and the youth male group (both P 〈 0.05 ) ;and the plasma level of the TGF- β1 for the male group and the middle - aged male group was seperately significantly higher than the female group and the middle - aged female grnup (both P 〈 0.05), especially for the middle- aged group (P 〈 0.05) . there were no significant differences aranog other different aged - groups and seual - groups. Conclusions: The concentration of the TGF -β1 for the old people in Chongqing urban region is significantly higher than those for the young, especiatly for the male; and the plasma level of the TGF - β1 for the male is significantly higher than the female, especially for the middle - aged people.
