摘要
对鳞盖红菇(RussulalepidaFr)与正红菇(RussulavinosaLindbl)子实体的粗蛋白、水溶性粗多糖、微量元素、氨基酸等成分进行了分析、比较;并以正红苗为对照,对鳞盖红菇进行了急性毒性实验。结果表明:两种菇所测成分相近,且均属于安全食用菌。
The contents of crude protein, hot water soluble polysaccharide, amino acids and microelements Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn in the fruiting body of R. lepida and R. vinosa were determined. The results showed that the amount were almost in similar level. Acute toxiciting test showed R. lepida is safe to eat.
