本文以扬州老城传统街区文化里公共空间提升改造为例,探讨如何通过社区行动规划手段实现社区利益攸关方高度参与,并调动潜在积极资源服务于传统街区公共空间逐步更新。

The implementation of public participation need flexible strategies and techniques and well carried out of community participation activity can achieve harmonious upgrading of traditional urban block.The paper give the way how to carry out the Community action planning in China by introducing a project of Wenhuali＇s traditional public space upgrading in the old city of Yangzhou.And CAP tools can be used as good methods to promote public participation.
