摘要
目的:观察慢性低氧高二氧化碳小鼠股外侧肌显微、超微结构的变化,探讨慢性低氧高二氧化碳对小鼠骨骼肌形态的影响。方法:将C57BL/6小鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组建立慢性低氧高二氧化碳小鼠动物模型。观察两组体重变化;光镜观察小鼠股外侧肌细胞形态、炎性细胞、脂肪细胞等变化;透射电镜观察肌纤维走向、形态及线粒体损害等超微结构变化。结果:与对照组比较,实验组小鼠体重下降(P<0.05);肌纤维局部萎缩,肌纤维排列紊乱;炎性细胞浸润,脂肪沉积增多;肌细胞线粒体增多伴内部结构明显破坏。结论:慢性低氧高二氧化碳血症可导致小鼠的肌纤维萎缩和线粒体损害,伴有炎性细胞浸润。
Objective: To observe the changes of pathologic morphous and ultrastucture in the vastus lateralis of mice exposed to chronic hypoxia-hypercapnia. Methods: C57BL/6 mice were assigned randomly into control group and experiment group. Animal model of chronic hypoxia-hypercapnia was built in experiment group. Muscle cells and inflammatory cells were observed by light microscopy. The ultrasture of muscle cell and muscle' s mitochondria were observed by electron microscope. Results: Compared with that in control group, weigh losses of mice were presented in experiment group (P〈0.05). In experiment group, muscles atrophy and derangement, inflammatory cells infiltration and increment of fatty deposition were observed. The number of mitochondria was increased and their internal structures were destroyed in experiment group. Conclusion: Mice exposure to hypoxia-hypercapnia can induce their muscles atrophy, muscles' mitochondria destroy and inflammatory ceils infiltration.
