半导体激光联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Ara-A Combined with Diode Laser in the Treatment on Herpes Zoster

目的观察半导体激光联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将92例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组予单磷酸阿糖腺苷10mg/(kg·d)静滴,连用7天,同时半导体激光照射,均1次/d;对照组仅予单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗,方法及疗程同治疗组。结果治疗组的止疱、止痛、结痂时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01),后遗神经痛(PHN)发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗治疗老年带状疱疹起效快,并可降低PHN的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of Ara-A combined with diode laser in treating herpes zoster. Methods 92 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Ara-A combined with diode laser was used in treatment group and Ara-A was used in control only. Results The average curative time in treatment group was shorter than that in control significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of posttherapetic neuralgia（PTN） was lesser in treatment group significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ara-A combined with diode laser has better and rapidly response in treatment of the herpes zoster, especially in reducing the rate of PHN.
