摘要
患者女,50岁。左侧背部反复出现水疱,破溃、结痂8年。左侧C_7～T_6触觉迟钝,痛、温觉减退。MRI示:小脑扁桃体下端变尖,疝入椎管内,颈髓中央管扩张。诊断:脊髓空洞症,ChiariⅠ畸形。
A 50 years old female patient with syringomyelia. In the past 8 years, the skin on the left side of her back underwent blistering - ulcerating - crusting again and again. Neuro examination found impairment of thigmesthesia, algesthesia and thermesthesia corresponding to left C7 - T6. MRI showed cerebellar tonsillar hernia into vertebral canal, together with myelocoele dilatation in her cervical cord.
