Determination of the Contents of Procymidone in 5% Smokes by Gas Chromatography

样品用三氯甲烷溶解，以二十四烷作为内标物，在1％硅油Ⅲ柱上对速克灵烟雾剂中的有效含量速充灵进行气相色谱测定，方法的平均回收率为99．96％，变异系数为0．58％。

In this paper. on carring out solvent abstraction of procymidone in 5 % smokeswith trichloromethane with heneicosane as internal label, on silicon-oil (Ⅲ) chromnatogra-phy column. we have deterimend the contents of procymidone in 5% smoles by gas chro-matography. The over -all recovery is 99. 96%, and the variability is 0. 58%.
