花鳅的急性中毒实验研究

Research on Acute Poison of Cobitis Taenialinn

利用花鳅的急性中毒半静止的实验方法，探讨重金属污染毒理在一定温度和人为配制药品溶液的条件下，通过不同药品，不同浓度的毒性试验来规定药品的毒性作用和致无效应。结果表明：不同药品及同一药品不同浓度的毒性均有差异。

This work was carried out in department of biology, the materials were cobitistaenzalinn and method was acute poisonous experiment in half quiet condition. We used heavymetal to measure polsonous effect and fatal capacity in certain temperature, differentmedicine, and different density of concentration. The restils was indicated that differentmedicine. different concentration in the same medicine had significant effect in poison.
