评价清醒大鼠内脏痛觉敏感性的方法 被引量:3

摘要 目的:寻找一种有效而客观的评价清醒大鼠内脏痛觉敏感性的方法。方法:分别通过腹壁撤退反射评分测定,非埋电极和预埋电极法测腹外斜肌对结直肠扩张刺激的放电反应,来评价清醒雌、雄模型大鼠对不同压力的结直肠扩张刺激的反应差别。结果:度壁撤退反射评分与非埋电极方法测腹外斜肌放电,模型组雌鼠的反应高于雄鼠,但差异无显著性意义。预埋电极方法测得模型组雌鼠腹外斜肌放电高于模型组雄鼠。结论:预埋电极测腹肌放电是一种评价清醒大鼠内脏痛觉敏化的较好方法。
