中国网络皮钦语是一种特殊的语言变体,在文体上具有自身的一些特色。中国网络皮钦语与一般英语既相互联系,又相互区别;它以一般英语为基础,但在词汇等方面又表现出有别于一般英语的"个性",由于各行各业的人们使用网络语言而形成了自己的风格。本文简述中国网络皮钦语的一些主要形式特征、语用功能及其变化。

Chinese Cyber-pidgin is one of the special kinds of language variation; it has its own features in literary style. Although Chinese Cyber-pidgin is based on general English, it bears distinct features in vocabulary, structure, and syntax, etc. , which can be termed as its ＂personality＂. Internet language, a new language variety with its own style, is emerging. This paper attempts to offer a brief characterization of the English variety of Internet language whose forms and functions are seen as resulting from the nature of Internet as a new medium of communication.
