2型糖尿病及IGT患者OGTT前后红细胞内离子水平的变化 被引量:3

Changes in erythrocyte ions levels before and after OGTT in T2DM and IGT

摘要 目的观察IGT及T2DM患者OGTT前后红细胞内钾、镁、钠、钙4种离子浓度的变化,探讨糖代谢紊乱对T2DM患者细胞离子代谢的影响。方法正常对照(NC)组20例;IGT组19例;T2DM组42例。测三组基础状态红细胞内钾、镁、钠、钙离子水平;观察OGTT后红细胞内各离子的变化。结果基础状态下:与NC组比,IGT组胞内镁降低、钠升高;T2DM组胞内钾、镁明显下降,钠、钙升高。糖负荷后:与基础状态时比,胞内钾、镁离子水平NC组显著升高,糖代谢紊乱组下降,差异均有统计学意义。结论糖代谢紊乱患者存在细胞内离子水平改变。 Objective To observe the changes in erythrocyte K^+ , Mg^2+ , Na^+ ,Ca^2+ levels in type 2 DM and IGT group during OGTT. Methods Atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to examine the erythrocyte free K^+ , Na^+ , Mg^2+ ,Ca^2+ levels in IGT, DM and control group. Each ion level during OGTT was examined. Results In IGT group,the level of intraeellular Na^+ was increased(27. 65±0. 46 vs 26. 19±0. 49;P〈0. 05), intracellular Mg was significantly decreased(8. 17±0. 05 vs 8. 54±0. 17;P〈0. 05). In DM group,the intraeellular Na and Ca were significantly increased(28. 02±1.34vs 26. 19±0. 49 1. 93±0. 19vs 1. 77±0. 04;all P〈0. 05) ;K and Mg significantly decreased (279. 66±3. 81vs 288. 83±2. 04,8. 15±0. 49vs 8. 54±0. 17;all P〈0. 05). After OGTT, intraeellular △K1h,△K2h,△Mg1h,△Mg2h were increased in the control group,but these were decreased in DM/IGT groups. Conclusions Intraeellular cation levels are abnormal in DM and IGT.
