铁代谢与糖尿病并发症相关性的研究近况 被引量:2

摘要 近年来大量实验、临床以及流行病学资料显示体内铁负荷超载与糖尿病有密切关系。一份体检资料显示健康人群中铁蛋白升高与2型糖尿病(T2DM)发病风险率显著增加。在对糖耐量不同程度受损的人群研究后发现,铁蛋白的含量T2DM患者〉IGT者〉糖耐量正常伴一级亲属家族史者〉正常对照者。这说明铁在糖尿病发病进程中有相当重要的地位。目前关于铁代谢异常与T2DM发病的相关性已得到许多学者的认同。本文就铁代谢异常与糖尿病并发症的相关性做一综述。
