急性冠脉综合征超敏C反应蛋白检测的临床价值

The clinical value of high sensitive C-reactive protein levels in acute coronary syndrome

目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）水平与急性冠脉综合征（ACS）的关系。方法对38例临床确诊ACS住院患者的hs-CRP进行检测分析。结果ACS患者组血清hs—CRP值水平明显高于对照组，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论hs—CRP水平与急性冠脉综合征有关，可能是动脉粥样硬化病变进展过程中反映疾病演变的一个标志物。

Objective To study the relationship between serum high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and acute coronary syndrome（ACS）. Methods We detected and analyzed the levels of hs-CRP in 38 elinieal deftnite patients with ACS. Results Patients with ACS had signifieantly higher serum hs-CRP levels than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Serum hs-CRP level has high correlation with ACS, and the hs-CRP maybe a artherosclerosis marker, which reflected the process of coronary artery disease.
