摘要 为使企业能依据科学的方法和标准选拔适合自己的职业经理,文中运用Delphi法设计了一系列评价指标,并将个体的经营能力与企业的业绩相分离,运用多层次模糊综合评价的方法,对职业经理进行总体评价。该方法将以往评价因素中的定性指标,通过模糊数学的方法进行量化,使职业经理的选拔评价更加合理。 In order to help enterprises to select their own right professional managers in terms of scientific ways and standards,this paper devises a set of evaluation norms in Delphi method.It separates the achievement of enterprises from indivedual management ability,and makes an overall evaluation on profersional managers by means of multilevel and fuzzy overall evaluation.In this way,the qualitative norms of the previous eveluation factors are quantized.This will make it easy to operate.It is more reasonable for the evaluation on the selection of professional managers.
