摘要 单细胞凝胶电泳(SCGE)是一种快速、简便、灵敏、可靠的在单细胞水平上检测真核细胞DNA损伤与修复的技术。本文首先介绍了SCGE的原理、分析指标、硬件系统组成及自动分析软件,然后结合本实验室的工作,就该技术在辐射生物剂量估算、环境污染监测等方面的研究与应用情况进行了分析和讨论。 Single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) or comet assay (CA) is a rapid, simple, sensitive, reliable and inexpensive method for detecting DNA damage in eukaryotic individual cells. The methodology and principles of SCGE are first introduced, such as analytical parameters, automatic analysis of images, advantages of SCGE etc. , and then its application is investigated and discussed, including radiation protection and environment monitoring, organism monitoring, biological dose estimation.
