和谐社会构建中档案馆关注弱势群体研究——基于信息能力与信息需求的思考

Research on Archives' Attention on Vulnerable Group in the Construction of Harmonious Society——Thinking Based on Information Ability and Information Requirement

在构建和谐社会的大背景下,关注弱势群体是构建和谐社会的重要环节和基本要求。为弱势群体平等获取档案信息,促进弱势群体和社会协调发展,是各级各类档案馆义不容辞的社会责任。文章在分析弱势群体信息能力和信息需求特征的基础上,从理念创新、资源配置、场地设施、服务方式以及保障机制等方面提出档案馆服务于弱势群体的基本要求与对策。

Caring disadvantaged groups is important in the construction of harmonious society. It＇s the social responsibility for archives to ensure equally access to archival information, facilitating the development of disadvantaged groups and the society. This paper analyzes information literacy and demands of disadvantage groups, and proposes the strategies for archives serve for disadvantaged groups from the point view of idea innovation, resource deployment, facility, method of service, and support mechanism.
