摘要
简述了城市交通控制的发展过程和仿真技术的发展过程以及仿真技术在城市交通控制系统中的应用，并探讨了随着计算机技术和仿真技术的发展。
This paper describes the development process of urban traffic control and emulation technology.It gives an account about the application of emulation technology in urban traffic control.Also,it makes an attempt to explore the feasibility and basic model of urban traffic control system controeled by new technology.
